Pastor John Carter is known for his engaging and practical teaching style, he is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Christian Center. He also ministers internationally, speaking at church and leadership conferences throughout India, Africa, Eastern Europe, and North America. Pastor John has studied at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and Nyack College with a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Alliance Theological Seminary. He is the author of The Transformed Life.

Pastor Jordan Carter is a devoted husband to Faith and father to Summit and Shiloh. As Executive Pastor at Abundant Life Church in East Syracuse, New York, he provides strategic leadership and helps advance the church’s mission and outreach. A Certified Leadership and Teams Coach, Pastor Jordan is passionate about developing leaders and strengthening teams. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor’s degree in International Community Development from Oral Roberts University. Ordained through Abundant Life Church, he is committed to empowering individuals, building healthy teams, and inspiring others through faith-based leadership.

Dr. Brandi Ginty is a dedicated educator and faith-centered communicator with more than 15 years of ministry and coaching experience. She holds an EdD in Christian Leadership and graduate degrees in Theological Studies and Religion from Liberty University, along with a BA in Pastoral Christian Ministries from Oral Roberts University. As Shepherds Network Manager at Abundant Life Church, she equips leaders and develops ministry resources.

Joe Coudriet is a founding pastor of Family Life Church. He faithfully serves in ministry with a passion for teaching God’s Word in truth and love. After a successful career in real estate development, Joe answered God’s call to ministry in 1994. For over 20 years, Joe has served in various leadership roles. Today, Joe continues to provide teaching, shepherding, and spiritual leadership to the Family Life Church community.
